Graeme Ison has joined the SystemsUp
team, having more than 20 years of IT
experience with over 7 years in the
Managed IT Support Services and Outsourcing
arena. “There will be a new focus
and drive for expansion within the Managed
Service team whilst aiming for client
satisfaction within the ITIL framework.
We aim to introduce some new and innovative
products that move the IT Service Industry
towards a more sustainable future.
After years of relying on organic growth
within the Managed Services department,
SystemsUp are targeting more specific
strategies in this area to bolster the
company’s already well established
Professional Services division.
SystemsUp already offer a sound base
of 3rd Level Escalated support contracts
alongside fully outsourced IT Support
contracts. SystemsUp also successfully
delivered a FTSE 100 partial outsource,
providing monitoring, management and
3rd level support for the datacenter
and server environment as well as 2nd
level desktop and user support.
With a sound background in project delivery,
SystemsUp are utilising all their experience
in delivering enterprise class solutions
to create services that provide best
in breed offerings to the SME IT Support
